Problem Statement
Crowded metropolitan cities always have shortage of parking spaces in busy market areas & popular destinations. Finding parking slots becomes a hassle in such scenarios.
The purpose of this case study is to design a user-friendly application, ParkMate, aimed at addressing the parking challenges in crowded metropolitan areas. The app will provide seamless functionalities to locate, book, and manage parking slots, ensuring a hassle-free experience for users

3. How do you prioritize parking safety and convenience?
Parking safety is a top priority for me, especially when leaving my car in unfamiliar areas or late at night.
I prioritize apps that offer secure parking facilities with features like well-lit areas, security patrols, and CCTV surveillance.

4. Have you used parking apps before? If so, what did you like or dislike about them?
“ I found that some apps did not locate security features of the parking app, which made me hesitant to use them in certain areas.
I've used parking apps in the past. What I liked about them was the convenience of being able to find and book parking spots ahead of time. It saved me the hassle of driving around searching for parking. However, some apps lacked real-time availability updates, leading to frustration when spots were not actually available despite being shown as such.
